ELISABETH HASSELBECK DIDN’T COPY BOOK

ELISABETH Hasselbeck is tonight breathing a sigh of relief — after a judge threw out a lawsuit against The View co-host.
Hasselbeck had been sued by author Susan Hassett back in 2009. Susan claimed Elisabeth’s book, The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide, was a rip-off of her book, Living with Celiac Disease.
The judge had originally 86′d Hassett’s case on a technicality; and on Friday, it was decided once and for all that Hassett didn’t have enough evidence to prove Hassselbeck violated her copyright, according to TMZ.
“Today’s ruling is a complete victory,” Hasselbeck’s rep told the site.
“It confirms that Elisabeth wrote her best-selling book The G-Free Diet based on her own personal experiences and did not copy a thing from the plaintiff.”
Recent reports claimed Elisabeth isfeeling used and abused by Sarah Palin!
Back in 2008, Hasselbeck introduced Palin at Florida political rallies, and thought the pair would end up the best of buddies.
But it seems Sarah had other ideas as she attempted to claw her way to the top of the political ladder — leaving Elisabeth furious!
“Elizabeth feels used by the former governor,” a source told the PopEater website.
“She stood up and did everything she could to help get Sarah into the White House, expecting to have made a friend for life. Elizabeth isn’t fake. You might not like her politics, but she is a very genuine person. If she likes someone, she will do whatever she can to help them.
“That genuine desire to help her friend inspired Elizabeth to take a break from her home and family and hit the campaign trail, something she didn’t mind one bit.
“What she does mind is the fact that now this friend no longer needs her, she doesn’t even return her calls!”
