MILEY Cyrus‘ mom and dad are selling their marital home.

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus — who split earlier this year and are set to divorce — have put their Toluca Lake, CA, property on the market for around $7 million, according to one of Gossip Cop‘s rock solid sources.

Tish has reportedly been looking at new homes in Encino, CA.

Recent reports claimed Miley’s career tore her family apart.

“The fight over Miley is what tore Tish and Billy Ray apart. They can’t agree on how to raise her, and it’s wrecked their marriage,” an insider said.

“Billy Ray thinks Miley is becoming a spoiled-brat monster – and he thinks it’s ALL Tish’s fault.

“They’ve had screaming matches for years.

“Billy Ray doesn’t like that he was eclipsed by his daughter’s stardom.

“He used to be the biggest star in country music and he wants his old life back.”
