Oprah: Gayle King Sleeps With BFF Oprah Winfrey In Her Bed!

Oprah Winfrey OPRAH Winfrey’s relationship with Gayle King has come under scrutiny — again.

Despite the media mogul recently insisting she and King are just the best of friends, American tabloid the National Enquirer claims she duo sleep together in the same bed and have vowed to love each other unconditionally for the rest of their lives.

“Oprah and Gayle genuinely love each other,” a source said.

“But they don’t think the rest of the world could ever understand their feelings, so they keep their private life quiet.

“In the late ’70s, Oprah and Gayle would call each other long-distance and watch the nighttime soap Dallas together. They still laugh about that.

“Back then their relationship was like every other best friend situation, but after Gayle’s husband left her, their friendship changed.

“It’s as if they became the same person. Their love remains unconditional.”

    You people need to start focusing on news that matters. Everyone knows that women, sisters, mothers & daughters, best friends, sleep together. All through college I slept with my best friend when I went to her parents home for spring break. We loved men too much to even think about being lesbians. I applaud Oprah for having the confidence and being comfortable for sharing her relationship with the world. It seems that society continues to take something so innocent and put a negative spin on it to earn $$$.

    This story just gets more and more ridiculous and obnoxious. Anyone who believes these vicious rumors obviously never had a very best friend at any time in her or his life. It’s very obvious that these women are more than best friends – they sound more like sisters. Sisters are not always born to each other, but are found. Get a life people. And this website should be ashamed of itself. I came across it by accident, but could not help voicing my opinion about this trash.     I’m a gay woman who’s been in a relationship for 30 years, so think it safe to feel know I speak with a certain amount of insight. My belief is that Oprah and Gayle are two loving friends…not two people IN Love. Can’t imagine how people need to be so intent and limited in their thinking that people can’t have friends they love. One of my best friends was a man and we would go on trips together and spend hours alone together. It never once occured to me to be unfaithful to my partner. Blessed are those of us who have known what it’s like to have such a friend.

    Who cares? The suspense keeps people on the edges of their seats as they see her go up and down in weight, go wild for a presidential candidate, then say she is bi-partisan about it, and all the time people mostly women see her face on the enquirer and they buy it. Her love life is no ones business unless she puts it out there and tries to manipulate facts like a hypocrite, but I don’t see that. I see a smart businesswoman who is being careful not to upset her viewers… middle america white women. Yes, she has viewers of all races, but ratings show that the majority of the viewers are white women. Where is Steadman?

    I truly feel sorry for you people. Other than a great relationship with a parent a best friend is as good as it gets. I went to school jr and sr high with a very good friend. Things were not always so good at her house, so she usually spent friday – monday at my house. I only had a twin bed and would never consider either of us sleeping on the floor. We slept back to back and could not move without falling out of the bed. Crowded could not begin to describe it, but we were best friends and would do just about anything for the other one. All of our friends and boyfriends knew about the arrangements it was no big deal. But then again it was the days of the hippies and people did not sit in judgement of each other. We had more important things to worry about like our friends being shipped off to Nam and maybe being killed. There was no jealously or competition between my friend and me, at times we even tagged along on each others dates.One summer she was going on vacation with her grandparents and her steady had bought tickets to a concert at the Dallas Tx Cotton Bowl to see Rod Stewart, Steve Miller Band, Three Dog Night and some others. I had her blessing to go in her place. She missed a great concert! She is the Godmother to my one and only daughter. If you do not, or have not had a friendship like this, or Oprah and Gail you have truly missed out! Sorry for you, but glad for all who have.

    Thank you for telling it like it is! There is something that people don’t get guys talk about guy things! And if they are honest they have high school, college buddies who have for lack of no where else to sleep slept on the same bed. They call them their brother only in most cases truly better than their brother. And girls are no different. I have a niece and her best friend who would come to visit stay over night and sleep on the floor next to one another back to back and those two are inseperable. Imagine this you are one of the wealthiest women in the world. Who would you trust? How would you know who to trust. These two have been through the trenches together. And the ups and downs and disappointments that comes with all life has to offer. Our surrogate and I would on the weekends after my husband got out of bed would lay there on our bed talk about our baby to be. We would laugh joke and even play with her youngest. She was totally closer to me than my own sisters. And no one touched or did anything “gay”. But the bottom line is it doesn’t matter if asexual, heterosexual, transsexual, or sexual period. It is no ones business. And they need to stop trying to find out the great big secret because I already know the secret. They have sister bond love for one another and they will fiercely ferociously protect one another. Why because our friendships transcends all the tests of time. So who ever is concerned about it get a life and quit writing lame stories. Didn’t read article! Why not? BORING!!! MOVE ON ALREADY!
