MIRANDA Lambert can’t wait for the year ahead.

The country music star says she’s “so excited to see what 2011 has in store”.

In a recent blog entry, Lambert said she’s  “sorting out and counting” her blessings, to make sure that she will “remember everything.”

“This year I will make a new record, go on tour and most importantly I’ll GET MARRIED!

“I’m ready for the next phase of life and for hanging out with my good ol’ Oklahoma boy forever.”

Miranda — who got engaged to fellow crooner Blake Shelton in May last year — recently revealed she’s looking forward to walking down the aisle.

“I’m looking forward to getting married and just doing it, ya know? … We’ve been engaged six months now already and it’s kind of flown by, but just taking that next step and kind of becoming a woman and moving on in life,” she said.

Shelton says he’s letting Lambert do all the planning.

“Last I heard [the wedding date] was in the spring, but that’s a constantly changing event,” he said.

“Miranda is going to do this exactly how she wants to do it and I’m staying the hell out of the way.”
