Steven Tyler to Marry His Longtime Girlfriend Erin Brady? Rocker Steven Tyler Reportedly Engaged!

STEVEN Tyler is set to tie the knot again!

The Aeromsith rocker and American Idol judge is reportedly set to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend Erin Brady .

“Erin is very protective of Steven,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer. “She gets jealous even when he tosses a sideways glance at another woman.

“And during the auditions, he made it clear that he was more than a little interested in some of the young female contestants.”

Erin — who has been married twice before — started dating in 2006, after Teresa, his wife of 18 years and the mother of his two youngest children, left him for their contractor.

“Erin even pushed Steven to take the American Idol judging gig,” said the source.

“Erin believes it allows him to make a bundle of money and stand on his own two feet, apart from the band.

“Now, she says the only thing that would make their life together complete would be to become his bride.”

I was 19 when Aerosmith first got “into my brain” as I put it. That was 30 years ago. They are the only rock band I have loved through the years. Not only are they talented, but Steven and Joe seem like regular people. Part of the continued attraction/ respect for me was that both Steven and Joe had long time marriages to their wives just like I have with my husband. So, no I was never a groupie but they have been the subject of a fantasy or two. ;) I cheered/ rejoiced for them when they all got clean and sober. I rooted for Steven when he relapsed. I’ll get to the point… Rumors have been around that Erin is a party girl and everyone knows an addict has to steer clear of temptation…I can only hope they are rumors and accept that he is a brilliant man and that he’ll make the right decision. I have hope that the rumors are unfounded and that it is LOVE, because I hate to be mean, but being honest, there are MUCH prettier and even younger women out there he could chose from. None of my business? No, but by being such real people, it makes them above other rock bands and it makes you CARE about their fate as a group and as individuals. BE HAPPY STEVEN!!!

I am an older woman and certainly have my opinions about people. I know well, “judge not lest ye be judged” and I believe that.
I have watched you from time to time on American Idol and while I would not agree with your image–that is you and your image and you are in show business.
I don’t agree with some of your language, but I love the way you show compassion towards some of the contestants and show respect for their feelings. Also, being of the musical spectrum, I love the way you “get into some of their songs”. Of course, there are some of them who are wise enough to bring you into that. I don’t think that is just their way to win your vote, but that they are sincere with it–at least I hope so.
Anyway, I don’t know what all it is about reading some of the responses of people who don’t want you to marry this person–I know nothing of it, but I read quite a few protests, so whatever my 2 cents of input is–be careful and just keep showing your interest in these young people who are trying to make a career of singing–you can provide a lot of encouragement to those who have some future.

I am really excited for Steven. I grew up in the 70s when they first hit the music scene and have been to over 300 concerts, yeah I am a groupie, and will love Aerosmith til the day I die. He will make a great husband I think. I don’t know to much about his girlfriend, but I think he is really in love after seeing him on Jimmy Kimmel.
