WILLOW Smith, the pint-sized singer of the smash hit song Whip My Hair, stepped out for the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles Sunday night.[imagebrowser id=973]

Her father is the actor, Will Smith.

Willow, 10, recently admitted she doesn’t get to go to school because of her pop career.

“I never really get to go to school because I am always on tour, or with my father,” she said.

“There is a tutor most of the time, but usually I am working so I never get to do the lessons. The worst thing about maths is all the kids are ahead of me because they go to school.”

    hey there willow

This is such child abuse. My 10 year old is a better singer than her but my kid is a normal kid and won’t be OD-ing in a few years nor have to go into rehab.

And noone dares to tell her she looks ridiculous, but then again it’s almost Mardigrass

I think it’s sort of sad..and ILLEGAL for this child to be not going to school. Granted she will not NEED an education for the sake of making money, as she is persumably set for life. It is clear both the Smith’s children are extremely talented, but they have their whole lives to show it. They need to be allowed to have kids. I know her parents are extremely proud and seem to be great parents. They better get this situation figured out

I think Willow Smith is given a marvelous opportunity. She travels with her FATHER who is protective of her. Beyonce’s father was/is? her manager and Beyonce kept her morals, married a music mogul, and has won awards for everything from her songwriting skills to her singing and has been nominated for an Academy Award. Willow is a creative/artistic being with the chance to hone her skills. She is “home-schooled” with tutors and has attended school. Else how would she even know she was a little behind in math compared to some other children. I hope she catches up in math. And I hope she continues to get the opportunity to create for the masses. “Whip My Hair” is cooool. I especially like when people in the video paint their world with their hair “whipping.”
