CHANNING Tatum wants to work with Johnny Depp.

The Hollywood hunk is hoping the Pirates of the Caribbean star will agree to star in new movie 21 Jump Street.

The upcoming film is a remake of the popular crime teen drama in which Depp made his acting debut.

“I’m praying we get him,” Tatum said.

“We’re beating on his door so hard that I hope that he answers. We would freak out I think if we got him.

“We’re on top of it every single day. I think we send him something every single day.”

Tatum recently revealed he also wants to be an artist, musician and photographer.

“There are so many things I want to do. Like, I want to get an artist, a musician, a photographer and a bunch of dancers that I know, and just travel across Africa and just film it and just see what happens,” he told GQ magazine.

Channing also discussed his potential future as an “it” actor.

“No one’s calling me for lawyer roles. I still have a lot to do to prove myself,” he said.
