TONYA Harding is a mommy!

The 40-year-old former figure skating champ gave birth to a boy on Saturday in a Washington State hospital.

“Everybody’s healthy and happy,” her friend Don Horn told The Oregonian newspaper.

“She’s always wanted a baby. She was told she could never have a child … and guess what? It really is a miracle and she really is very happy.”

It’s the first child for Harding, who is married to Joseph Price, 42, and lives in Washington.

Recent reports claimed Tonya is so hard up that she’s living with her sister-in-law.

“Tonya should be celebrating the arrival of her first child, but instead she’s complaining that she’s nearly broke, fat and cramped in a home she doesn’t want to live in,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

Harding was the first woman to land a triple axel in competition. She became notorious when her then-husband and her associates were convicted of attacking a skating rival

Tonya — a commentator on truTV’s The Smoking Gun Presents: World’s Dumbest — and Joe wed last June in a private ceremony in Clark County.
