Lady GaGa Terminates Target Deal

Lady GaGaLADY GaGa won’t be selling an exclusive version her new album, Born This Way, at big-box retailer Target.

The singer has ended her deal with the company over its controversial political donations, according to The Advocate.

Target reportedly donated funds to several anti-gay politicians and organizations.

GaGa had agreed to work with Target but explained to Billboard magazine last month that “part of my deal with Target is that they have to start affiliating themselves with LGBT charity groups and begin to reform and make amends for the mistakes they’ve made in the past.”

Says GaGa’s rep, “Lady GaGa and Target came to a mutual decision to end their overall exclusive partnership.”

    Why those hateful comments? If you don’t like her music don’t listen to it! If you don’t care what she does or says don’t read such articles! It is as easy as that. The Billboards show there are people who do like her and her art so why don’t you just ignore her?

    I DO NOT mean this as a personal attack. So don’t get angry. I have to first say, I completely disagree with you about GaGa. There’s no reason to defend her she’s an absolute fool!
    I mean first off, look at her. IF she was as good as she and all her “fans” think she is WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO RELY SO HEAVILY ON THE GIMMICKS? She’s going to be old, wrinkled and uglier, like Jagger and STILL not figured out that people who listen to Rock and Pop and R&B, and the rest of the popular music genres today want honesty. Not a bunch of bull crap hype any more.
    Finally, you sound like too intelligent of a girl to even buy in on the stuff you say about her yourself. So let me ask you please? Why in hell, knowing GaGa’s full of crap to her eyebrows, why don’t you stand up and away from the teenie bopper crowd show some of that choutspa I hear in your writing and be a big girl now. Be a woman instead of a Gaga groupie.
