WILL Ferrell‘s stint on The Office could end up becoming permanent.
As Steve Carell‘s Michael Scott prepares to leave the show, Ferrell will do a four-episode story arc starting April 14 in which he’ll play an incompetent Dunder Mifflin branch manager.
And Ferrell admits it could lead to something more long-term.
“That’s a very distinct possibility,” he told the New York Daily News.
“It’s looking good!”
According to Forbes magazine, Ferrell’s movies earned only $3.35 for each $1 the star was paid, making him the most overpaid.
And Will insists he welcomes the dubious distinction.
“Isn’t that the whole point?” he told People magazine.
“I mean, aren’t we all striving to be overpaid?
“Apparently I’m living the American dream without even trying.”[imagebrowser id=716]
