Ellen PageELLEN Page won’t pretend to be a fashion icon.

The Juno actress was recently asked whether she intentionally cultivates an “anti-Hollywood image”.

“Oh, I don’t think so. I am who I am, and it doesn’t always perfectly fit into the slot,” she said.

“Like, the fashion thing. I don’t know how to do that, that’s not my thing, and I don’t want to pretend to know how to do it.”

Ellen recently admitted she hates gory movies — except when she’s in them.

The 24-year-old actress admits she can’t stand to watch extreme violence in movies but has little trouble dishing it out if called upon as she was in new movie Super.

“I have a lot of trouble watching violence and gore,” Page said.

“I am a total dork when it comes to that kind of stuff. It’s not my thing. But I had a blast doing this role. When you’re up there doing it you don’t think about it the same way. It’s not an issue.”
