The First Lady — who cut the media mogul out of the White House inner circle — wants the TV star, who recently launched her own network, to endorse Barack’s bid for re-election!

Michelle was left terrified by recent reports Oprah won’t publicly back Barack for a second time.

“Oprah bluntly told Michelle there’s a problem, and it’s business, not personal,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“Oprah’s convinced that her original public endorsement caused the widely reported erosion in her ratings.

“Now she’s fearful that if she repeats her personal public campaign for Barack Obama, it could undercut female viewer support for her new network, OWN. It’s a real dilemma.”

    I am confused as to why people are still backing Obama. It is so clear he doesn’t care about our country. He ignores the rising oil prices. Even Clinton told him to lift the ban on off shore drilling. But Obama says that there is no silver bullet to fix the gas prices. So he is not listening even to his own party. People said they didn’t want health care. O.k. some want the free health care but many people are happy with theirs. Did he listen? No. If he gave a damn about this country then he would listen to the people. I never voted for the man. I could care about it back then if he was pink, blue or purple.       It sickens me to see the shape our country is in right now and the responsiblity for that falls right in Obama’s lap. It has nothing to do with the color of his skin, he simply has no clue as to what he is doing. He came into a mess created by his own party and has done nothing but make it worse. This is not -or should not- be a racial issue. That war was fought long ago and it needs to be put to rest. Move into the current century and get over it, it’s done.
      I think more pressing isssues such as our current financial pile of crap, the border issues that people are choosing to ignore for some odd reason, budget cuts that make no sense just to mention a few, are where we need to force our government to focus on.
      Why is it that ex-government officials continue to be paid an astronomical salary for duties they no longer perform? Hard working Americans are not afforded such benefits, why should ex-gmen/women be so fortunate. Our budget problems would take a nose dive in a positive direction if this slap in the Americans faces were to be halted. They are no better than us, they certainly have not worked harder than most of us, so why does it continue. Why do we allow it to continue.
      And not only that, I think what really angers me the most is the military cutbacks. Now? Really? What planet do come from Barak? I personally know of a soldier who has dedicated 19 1/2 yrs of his life to serving his country. He will be discharged from the military 6mos shy of his pension. That’s a big thank you for putting your life at risk to serve your country. If Barak keeps this up our military may dwindle to almost nothing. Why should people dedicate their lives to serve a country who treats them as if their lives are so unimportant. Is your salary going to be cut 6mos shy if you are impeached Barak? Wow we’re a big Super Power Country now!
      What about the Meican/American border issues. Why is it that the media is not all over this? Big business, cheap labor, illegal aliens given drivers license, jobs that Americans need, or worse yet given SSI, food stamps that Americans can’t get because they are a few dollar over the low income limit, lowered bail rates so they can go out and rob,rape, & murder again- over & over & over, yet never brought to justice. There are untold #’s of Americans who are ready to take matters into their own hands if something isn’t done to stop that madness. I fear that is ominent, and it won’t be pretty either.

      It would be one thing if Obama was, in fact, truly stupid. Stupid people are not necessarily difficult to deal with. It’s even worse because he is a far cry from stupid. I believe that every decision he’s made, every action he’s taken, and every speech and statement has been methodically calculated to acheive a desired result, either long or short term. The man is a chameleon, in that he will, and can be whatever he perceives the situation and the audience of the moment requires. I believe that history will eventually portray him as one of the all-time sucessful con artists.

    Speaking as an old white guy, I think one of the really sad aspects of Obama’s reign as self-annointed dictator-in-chief, is that it has caused so many non-black voters to become cynical about a minority President’s motives and capabilities. I can immediately think of at least a dozen black and Hispanic people in the public arena who I think would make a superb President. God knows we’ve had a few white Presidents who really “screwed the pooch” while in office! Obama is a disaster in so many respects, it will be a miracle if this country can recover from his ineptness in the next twenty years.

    Oprah is a complete hack and a part of the war machine, after she was done promoting G.W.Bush in an interview which accommodated his sales, making him so cute and cuddly she then found some more sick people to use as a sideshow for her public image. Not that there’s anything wrong with her exemplary p.r. skills or such, but she digs so far into other peoples issues, I find odd-with the scrutiny Bush was under, she didn’t get paid some big bucks to make him look like one of her little angels.
    People don’t watch her show anymore because they think she’s full of crap-it has nothing to do with Barack Obama, she’s a sell out. And just maybe Oprah shouldn’t be digging around the Whitehouse or trying to run the country, being alot of she does is “story telling”.
    Go to her website, read the disclaimer before you submit anything, it clearly states Oprah and her staff can and will alter any information sent to that show, she doe snot have pay “you” and can share information sent via that web portal as well, if you have a real problem call a government agency. Anybody that buys into self help- are they really helping themselves? If you can’t help yourself, you think someone on T.V. is? She knows this and makes alot of money off desperate consumers.
    Do you know if you have a serious issue or one of those problems Oprah Winfrey just loves to sell to people in the form of a “story”, you have to get an agent to pitch the story to Oprah, how real of her, you have a problem, hire a writer to doctor up the story or incident, then find a business manager to help you sell that problem to Oprah so she can make money from it. What a gifted psychologist she is. Michele Obama should whack Winfrey and put her in her place, again. Lets be real here.
