CHARLIE Sheen is a $100 million richer.

The actor has reportedly settled his dispute with Warner Brothers.

According to Us Weekly and TMZ, the former Two and a Half Men star will get an immediate payout of $25 million, which will spiral to $100 million in syndication profits over the next decade.

Sheen was famously fired from the show after publicly feuding with the show’s creator, Chuck Lorre.

Two And A Half Men, featuring Sheen’s replacement, Ashton Kutcher, premiered Monday night on CBS. Sheen’s rep could not be reached.
