Robert Pattinson Took Fan Out For Dinner

ROBERT Pattinson took a fan out to dinner – because he was “chronically bored”.

The 25-year-old actor was filming 2008 Salvador Dali biopic Little Ashes in Spain and after being followed by a female admirer for several weeks, he asked her to spend the evening with him — and was shocked never to see her again afterwards.

“I was playing Salvador Dali in Spain and there was this one girl waiting outside my apartment every day for about three weeks,” he said.

“There was one day when I was just so chronically bored I said to her, ‘Do you want to just go to dinner or something?? No one else wants to hang out with me.’

“Her parents had a restaurant, she took me there I complained about everything in my life for about two hours, then she gave me the bill to pay and was never back outside my apartment ever again.”

Robert — who is dating his Twilight Saga costar Kristen Stewart — sometimes attempts to disguise himself when he goes out, but admits he doesn’t do it very well.

“I attempt to [disguise myself] — it doesn’t particularly work ever,” he said.

“I started off just trying to make strange expressions, but that’s not a particularly good tactic. You try and get little tics and things. You try and draw attention to the wrong part of your body, but that doesn’t really work at all. The best disguise is repellent.”

When he does get recognized, the British star doesn’t mind as the recognition is like “job security”

“It definitely feels like job security, in a funny sort of way, if you’ve been avoiding it for a while and you suddenly go out and people are still screaming. Whew,” he said.

      Yes, and Rob did not respond, or smile at all at that beautiful girlfriend comment.  He just sat there and looked at her. He must have the restraint of a God, since he is so good at staying poker face about his supposed girlfriend.

      I didn't see that,but I did see him last night on; Jimmy Kimmel.Also,saw him Tues.on Letterman.KS will be on Kimmel tonight,@ midnight,coooL,looking forward after work.Yes Shaniqua,I think they might be both saying silly things on this promo TV tour,just to try and sort of get a reaction out of “certain' people who are watching,oh yeah,it's all part of the fun!!….

    Omg…he was talking about Edward and Bella. He said that before in another interview about his “wife” begging for sex. I can't believe you think he was referring to real life. These two are so not together. After the way she treated him thru all the promos….she thinks he's a world class idiot! I can't believe people don't see that.

    If you watch the MTV one with Josh (he, Taylor and KS), she looks over at Taylor and rolls her eyes when Rob is talking. When he asked a question of her she answered him like she was talking to a stupid small child. There was other evidence of this type of thing in other interviews. It's subtle but you can see it. She does not act like a girl who is in love with him. She acts more like she's annoyed with him. She has called him immature, he's a joke as “sexiest man alive”. These are not actions of someone in love with a guy. More like a buddy who gets annoyed with said person all the time. I'm sorry, but I do not buy “oh that's how Kristen is….she calls Rob out….” ANY girl in love would not treat her boyfriend like that. She does not act like a girl in love. Sorry.

      ok being married 31 years if she is talking like that about him it sounds like she's acting like she's definitely in love with him -most of us guys have been on the receiving end of rolled eyes, and general  ”can't believe you just said that” kind of behavior from our better half. Just because they know us and call us out on it and have a comfort level that they can do that.  IMHO (hope she isn't reading this)…

    Besides, his comment about not knowing how to answer the question if he's gay……that is pretty telling. I believe he's got a boyfriend stashed somewhere….may be touring with him as part of his entourage. Or he may be home babysitting Bear. I'm not sure what's going on with Tom, but it's pretty obvious Sienna is bearding for him. It's all such a tangled web….it will be interesting to see how it ends up playing out in the next few years.

But when watching a few I could tell Rob wanted to. I saw the videos! It was not fake! His hand would just naturally go around her waist or in one he was touching her back so low and she did not care! She's been touching him a little more and it looks totally natural!     Hi Toby!What up!Looks like our babygirl  hurt her foot again,poor thing,she can hardly walk on a red carpet yesterday.Rob looks like just dragging her all over the place,she doesn't want to move anymore ,and stupid Nick tells them to keep moving,i thought one time in Maximo video,Kristen might kick Nick out of frustration from walking.Anyways Kristen as always ,looks like goddess in her Jay Mendel blue gown,what do you Toby?
