ASHLEE Simpson and Pete Wentz are officially divorced!

According to TMZ, the the marriage — which lasted three years — was formally terminated on November 22.

It’s not known how the couple — who raise son Bronx Mowgli together — settled their custody disagreement.

Pete wanted joint custody of their son, but Ashlee had checked the box to get primary physical custody.
