Robert Pattinson to Wear Wig For Twilight Re-Shoots

ROBERT Pattinson is gonna have to wear a wig when he films his Twilight re-shoots.

The actor will reprise his role as vampire Edward Cullen when he returns to Vancouver with on and off-screen love Kristen Stewart to shoot some “technical” scenes for the final installment of the franchise.

But with Edward famed for his long, thick bronzed hair, Robert will be left with no choice but to cover his freshly-shaven head with a wig, according to British newspaper The Sun.

“The wig looks brilliant and nobody will notice,” a source said.

“Robert didn’t think cutting off his locks would be such a big deal.”

Meanwhile, sources say Rob is so insecure about his chest, he became deeply “upset” when pictures of him paddle-boarding with his shirt off in Malibu hit the media.

“He’s really insecure about his shirt being off,” a source said.

Robert is believed to have taken up the sport after being urged by Kristen to lose a few pounds.

“Robert’s put on nearly 10lbs eating cheeseburgers and drinking beer while he’s not been working,” a source recently revealed.

“Kristen’s told him to pull himself together. He hates the gym, so she’s encouraged him to take up paddle surfing to try and work off the excess calories.”

    i don’t think he needs a wig. as Twilight fan i can take him with buzz cut or any other hair style. wig on a man looks ridiculous and stupid, please don’t do this!

      But they must. A continuation of previously shot scenes. They have to remake Roberts total look, the way it was.

    He won’t need a wig. In the latest pics of him his hair is growing out.  It will probably be fine by the time he has to report for the reshoots.

    His hair will be grown out by that time.  It is already growing out – you can see in the beach pics. He looks fine without his shirt and I am sure it is all made up about Kristen making him lose weight.

    I’m sure these reshoots came out of nowhere, why not wait as long as poss., and see how far the hair can grow back, then add extenders or something. but I’m sure wig would be cool.
