RIHANNA has sensationally confessed she came close to a breakdown last year.

The singer revealed how the pressures of fame drove her to drown her sorrows in dingy clubs.

She said it was the one place where people didn’t bother her.

“Everybody is doing the same thing — dancing, having drinks,” she said.

“They’re too f*****-up to care.”
