Tom Cruise Will Fight to Keep Suri in Scientology

KATIE Holmes is adamant that her adorable daughter Suri won’t be raised a Scientologist — and her soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Cruise is FURIOUS.

Katie recently filed for divorce from the Top Gun star after five years of marriage.

“Katie does not want Suri raised as a Scientologist or raised under the tenets of the church,” a source told RadarOnline.

“She wants her to enjoy a ‘normal’ upbringing with a wide variety of friends and a good schooling. She believes that will not happen if she is raised as a Scientologist; it’s one of the major things she and Tom fought over when they were together. Now they are apart she is adamant she is going to have Suri raised outside of the church.

“Katie even enrolled Suri in a Catholic pre-school a few years back, which Tom grudgingly agreed to after a lot of fights, but not as a long term measure. He wants Suri raised and schooled as a Scientologist and wants her friends to be fellow Scientologists.

“Tom is incredibly passionate about Scientology, this isn’t just some hobby for him and he doesn’t just act as a spokesperson.

“He truly believes in the church and its teachings and truly believes that it is imperative that his children are raised as Scientologists. Tom believes Scientology changes people’s lives for the better and, obviously, he wants what is best for his children.

“Tom will move Heaven and Earth to ensure Suri stays a Scientologist, at least until she is of an age to make a decision to leave on her own accord. But until then, make no bones about it, Suri will be raised within the church.”

    Too bad Katie didn’t check into this creepy cult a little deeper before marrying Tom Cruise (isn’t this the same reason Nicole Kidman divorced Tom as well)?  Sure wouldn’t want my children subjected to their interrogations, or what they call “sec checks”.  Start with that and move on to mind control and brainwashing.  This “religion” is just a bunch of far out ideas coming out of the mind of a man who wrote Sci Fi.  Just cause he had these ideas does not make them real.  Is Star Trek real?  Maybe Gene Roddenberry should’ve started his own religion too – let’s all walk around with Vulcan ears on and say “Live long and prosper”!  I’d also like to know why they have a cross on their buildings?  The cross is a symbol that is typically used by the churches of Christendom.  One person commented on another website “Were there aliens crucified as well?”  Interesting question.  Truly these people are creepy creepy creepy!!!  If you need additional proof just look at John Travolta!

    I feel for Katie, over the passfew years she has been pictured alone with Suri, being both a mother and father, were was Tom then.  She has every right to make the decision she wants as she knows whats in the best interest of her daughter.  I wish you all the luck Katie, and I know that you will win.  You are an awesome mother, I would do the same,.

    Hey all you Dianetics freaks out there, you have now been put on notice – leave Katie Holms and Suri alone – the eyes of the world are watching you now.  (Yes, the eyes of the human race, not the alien race you claim to be from).
    It’s really too bad that apparently several million people in our society are so weak-minded out that they allow themselves to come under the control of an organization that was the brainchild of a guy who couldn’t make it as a science fiction writer, so he came up with his own religion.  Where did he come up with this stuff anyway – did a little too much LSD?  He probably laughed himself all the way to the bank.  What a bunch of suckers!
