TERI Hatcher is a generous daughter!

The former Desperate Housewives actress has revealed she packed her mother and father off to a spa so she could decorate their house!

“I sent my parents to a spa for a week and made over their house!” she told Us Weekly.

She then revealed her favorite moment with daughter Emerson, 14.

“Emerson and I stood outside to watch Barack Obama‘s motorcade go by after he attended a party at George Clooney‘s house. How often is that going to happen, right?” she said.

Teri recently revealed that coffee helps her beat stress.

“The secret to not losing your temper is allowing yourself to communicate with your kids so you talk to them before they push you to a point,” she said.

“If you think you are going to have a stressful day, you start the morning with saying, ‘I just want to let you know this is going to be a five cup of coffee day for me.’

“You try to use humor. You try to embrace the imperfections in yourself and be honest rather than trying to suppress yourself and be perfect.”
