Sylvester Stallone Speaks Out on Son’s Death

Monday, July 16, 2012

SYLVESTER Stallone is speaking out.

The actor says he is devastated by the death of his son Sage Stallone and wants “the speculation and questionable reporting” to stop.

“When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain. Therefore I am imploring people to respect my talented son’s memory and feel compassion for his loving mother Sasha,” he said.

“This agonizing loss will be felt for the rest of our lives,” adding, “Sage was our first child and the center of our universe and I am humbly begging for all to have my son’s memory and soul left in peace.”

Sage was Sylvester’s son from his first marriage to Sasha Czack.

Czack, meanwhile, is understandably “devastated” by the death of her son.

“Sasha has been inconsolable,” a source said. “She’s totally devastated. Her children are her life.”

Meanwhile, the cause of Sage’s death is still a mystery.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County Coroner told CNN Sunday that they will need another two months to determine what caused the death of Sylvester Stallone‘s eldest son.

The 36-year-old was found dead Friday in his Hollywood home.

The autopsy, which was completed Sunday, still requires the findings of toxicology tests, said the coroner’s spokesman. This normally takes six weeks.
