P Diddy on American Idol! What Would Mariah Carey Say? Rapper Rumored to be in Talks For Judges’ Role

RAP superstar Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs is in talks to become an American Idol judge — according to a new report.

Bosses at FOX — the network that airs the smash hit TV talent show — have been in touch with the Bad Boy For Life hitmaker about a spot on the show.

Diddy would be a new addition to the drastically revamped judging panel on the reality TV singing competition. Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, who were both judges in the last season of American Idol, both announced that they were stepping down as judges for the coming season.

Diddy is not new to Idol — he has previously appeared on the show in a mentoring role for finalists. He has also performed on the show, giving a hugely popular appearance in March 2011.

Mariah Carey was recently announced as Lopez’s Idol replacement.

However, it’s believed she wants a smaller star to join her on the judges’ panel, and is making sure the judge who replaces Steven Tyler is not as famous as herself!

“It will be 110% someone less famous than Mariah Carey,” said one insider.

“Mariah Carey wants to be the centerpiece of the new panel and the new look of the show and doesn’t want to be overshadowed whatsoever.

“Many are scared on set that she is going to be a major diva and are scared that it will be a nightmare to work with her expected demands.”

    the roof off, and I’m looking forward to watching this season. I’m going to

    remove any of the commercials. This feature simply lets the user decide if you
    want to skip commercials or not a day after the primetime shows have recorded.
    The commercials will always be there if you want to watch them, Auto Hop does
    the fast forwarding for you. I was thrilled when a couple of my coworkers at
    Dish told me about its function, and not having to manually fast forward any
    more. This will ease the burden of having to replace my remote batteries often.

      I agreed and there is no way Mariah got a problem with Diddy the writer of this story should get their facts right because she’s really nice/easy going and of course is now a mother. It will be fun to see both Mariah and Diddy having some disagreement/talk backs.
