LIBERTY Ross wants out of her marriage to movie director Rupert Sanders.

According to a new report, the British model and actress has hired a celebrity lawyer and wants to move back to the UK as soon as possible.

Ross’ actions come after Rupert’s affair with Kristen Stewart was exposed last month.

Liberty wants to take her children Skyla, seven, and Tennyson, five, back to her homeland as she only moved to the U.S. for Rupert’s career as a director.

“She has no strong ties in the U.S. nor does she want to remain here,” a source told Britain’s Sunday People newspaper.

“She has made it clear that she wants to move back to the UK with her children.

“She obviously wants them to carry on seeing their father, but she feels there is no point in staying in the U.S. Given that the majority of her family and friends are in the UK, nothing is holding her here and the kids are young enough to start a new school and not be affected.”

Meanwhile, Sanders is desperate to mend the marriage.

“Liberty is not making this easy for Rupert, not surprisingly,” a source told RadarOnline.

“She is refusing to see him right now and has not spoken to him about if they have a future together or not.

“Rupert is willing to do absolutely anything and everything he can to save his marriage, he realizes this is the worst mistake of his life, and he cannot believe he was so stupid.

“The thought of losing his wife and children, who he loves more than anything in the world is killing him.

“Liberty has told Rupert she just doesn’t think she will be able to trust him again, This affair went on right under her nose and she feels like he has made her look like a fool.

“Rupert is just hoping it will blow over soon and he can win her back, but that is looking ever increasingly unlikely.”
