SELENA Gomez has her feet firmly on the property ladder — she’s just bought Jonah Hill’s $2.9 million home.

The actress — who’s dating Justin Bieber — splashed out on the 4,650 sq ft estate in Tarzana, Los Angeles, which Jonah paid $2.175 million for in September 2011.

The five bedroom, six bathroom single story building boasts a pool, tennis court and spa.

Before splashing out on her new palatial pad, Selena had been happy to remain living with her parents but acknowledged it could be time to move out.
