Kate Middleton Topless Pictures Make Prince William Red! He Wants Photographers Jailed!

PRINCE William is not happy.

The British royal has vowed to see the people responsible for taking topless pictures of his wife Kate Middleton put behind bars.

The heir to the to the throne has even told his confidantes that he is willing to give evidence in court to help seek justice for the future Queen.

William has told pals that he will ot just pursue Closer magazine in the French civil courts but will also pursue criminal action.

“I want them jailed,” William told pals.

The royal couple is currently in the middle of a nine-day Far East tour to commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

“They will take any action they can within the law to seek redress,” William’s spokesman said. “They’ve been clear that they will not allow this to intrude on their enjoyment of the tour, or more importantly their work on behalf of the Queen.

“The couple always felt very strongly about privacy and harassment. It’s part of a very long-standing and heartfelt position by the Duke and Prince Harry, given their past, to do everything they can to protect themselves.”

Meanwhile, William made the decision to sue French Closer.

“By setting a precedent and suing Closer, Prince William is making a stand for the future,” a source revealed.

“He told Kate that enough was enough, especially after what happened recently with Harry, and that he had to protect his wife and any kids they have in the future.

“He grew up in the media glare with his mom, Diana, and is well aware that he has to do something to ensure the Duchess of Cambridge’s security and right to privacy.

“But they’re in two camps over this. Kate didn’t want William to go nuts over the topless photos. She said she didn’t mind turning a blind eye to them because they will soon be forgotten about.

“However, William wants to go after Closer and put an end to press invasion once and for all.”

The statement released by the Palace said “legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France” by the royal couple, describing the publication of the pictures as “grotesque and totally unjustifiable.”

Closer published the photos of Kate without her bikini top, which were taken while they were sunbathing around the swimming pool of Château d’Autet, the private residence of the Queen’s nephew Viscount Linley in Luberon, France.

    whether she should have known better or not. the fact of the matter is that people have no shame or boundaries as to how much they will invade other people’s privacy and there should be repercussions for being voyeurs and perverts. this is public humiliation to it’s greatest degree. We cannot let people be happy and in love, we see good and feel a sick urge to destroy it or take pleasure when others do it. Everyone, royal or otherwise has the right to privacy especially on their honeymoon which is a very intimate and private time in a couple’s life together. The press get away with anything and everything, it is time for it to stop. It is blatant harassment. I like the royal couple and I think they have a right to be happy, healthy, and have privacy.

    Uhhh. Hands up who thinks one of the most famous people in the world, who is obliged to remain calm, composed, and decent, shouldn’t be naked outdoors where neighbours can see! And anyway all you can see are some slightly swollen pecks anyway. There’s nothing to see!
