JAMES Franco has a new girlfriend.

According to a report from New York Post gossip column Page Six, the actor is dating Ashley Benson from Pretty Little Liars.

The pair were seen wandering around downtown and in Washington Square Park together earlier this month, and late last week were seen hand-in-hand at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride.

“They have been seeing each other for a little over a month, but things are going well,” a source said.

James has previously spoken of his desire to settle down.

“I have a lot of faults. I do overload myself and I feel bad sometimes that I can’t be emotionally available or around as much as maybe some people would want me to and it’s kind of made relationships hard sometimes, and I do feel bad about that,” he said.

“I guess I’ll have a few more years of overworking myself and then maybe I’ll settle down.”
