Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton at War Over Cassadee Pope

MIRANDA Lambert is feeling insecure!

The singing sensation has told husband Blake Shelton to keep away from Cassadee Pope, the 23-year-old Florida native he mentored on hit TV show The Voice.

Miranda is terrified that the professional relationship between Blake and the beautiful up-and-comer is getting a little too chummy.

“Miranda finally had enough,” a source said.

“She exploded with wild jeal­ousy. Miranda is afraid that Blake will fall for Cassadee the same way he fell for her.

“She finally laid down the law and told Blake to keep away from Cas­sadee – or else!”

Blake’s ex-wife, Kaynette Williams, listed his “inappropriate marital conduct” as the reason for their split in divorce papers filed in 2006.

Blake, 36, has even admitted that he fell for Miranda while he was still married. Cupid struck him when they first performed together onstage at CMT’s 100 Greatest Duets television special in 2005. And they tied the knot six years later.

“Blake is her whole world and she’d rather die than lose him to another woman,” the source added. “Miranda’s watching Cassadee’s every move, and she’ll have no problem baring her claws if Cassadee gets too close to her man.”

    This is ridiculous! Blake loves Miranda and would never cheat on her. Blake didn’t cheat on Kaynette with Miranda either! He and Kaynette were already having problems when he met Miranda. They waited to start their relationship until after the divorce papers were signed. They love each other with everything they have and Blake would never risk losing Miranda. Cassadee may be beautiful but she is also in a committed relationship right now. Blake is very close with all of the people who have been on his team. He and Miranda have practially adopted Raelynn! Miranda has nothing to worry about.

      Uhhhh…. He did cheat on his wife with Miranda, that’s a fact. And i don’t know how committed either one are currently. Who cares anyway.

      Wow. People like you are so hard for some us to understand. Because you want to believe he wouldn’t cheat you just assume he wouldn’t/hasn’t. Explain how a woman, married to a man for 30 years and sleeps next to him every night, could be shocked to learn he’s been having an affair for a year. She knows him better than anyone on earth yet she didn’t know he had done it. Yet you’re telling us you know Blake (insert any name you like) hasn’t/ wouldn’t cheat. It blows my mind. It’s such stupidity to think you know what another person would or wouldn’t do. It’s foolish and arrogant! Say that you hope he isn’t but you cannot say for a fact that he isn’t. People who think like you are in for a LOT of heartache if you continue to be so gullible.

      People in the entertainment field and those on reality tv made an effort to become famous. Most of them asked for it and desperately wanted it. They like the recognition, the perks, the MONEY. The thing is they don’t get to choose when and how the public rejects them or talks negatively about them. If they wanted to be left alone they would still be in their hometowns working regular jobs. They can’t expect to ask for the world on a silver platter and to never deal with negativity. That’s the nature of the beast and they asked for it. Gossip is sadly part of the deal. Don’t like it, don’t seek fame. Btw, Blake has admitted that he fell for Miranda while he was married. Why would it be beyond the realm of possibility that he would also cheat ON her…since he cheated with her? Read the article…his wife divorced him based on marital infidelity. I like them both and hope they stay together but I’m not naive. I am wise enough to know that I can never fully know another person, even those closest to me. None of us can. We can assume and feel pretty sure about- but there’s no way to know for certain at all times. Yet some people actually think they are able to predict what a perfect stranger would or wouldn’t do. And this goes for everyone, not just Blake and Miranda. Stop being naive.

    Blake and Miranda do in fact have a very strong and close relationship. And Blake doesn’t think about people like Cassadee like that. Due to the manner in which they worked together( he coached and mentored her), theirs is more of a father/daughter relationship, much as it is with Raelynn. (Love all 4 of them!) Now if you’ll all excuse me, I have better things to do than stay here and state the obvious.
