KOURTNEY Kardashian is one proud lady — she’s managed to shed 44 pounds over the past six months.
The reality TV star has revealed she has lost all of her baby weight since giving birth to her second child Penelope last July after adopting an intensive fitness regime.
“It was harder to lose weight the second time around. I gained 45 pounds with Penelope,” she said.
Kourtney — who also shares a three-year-old son Mason with long term boyfriend Scott Disick — says she now weights a trim 106 pounds and credits celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson‘s 90-minute dance-focused workouts and portion control for helping her to regain her pre-pregnancy figure.
But despite being thrilled with her new body, the mum-of-two insists that she wasn’t obsessed with dieting and is more concerned with keeping her children happy.
“This time, the focus is really on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities,” she said.
Kourtney previously admitted to going to extremes to lose weight after her first pregnancy and even fainted due to a drastic diet she adopted to slim down quickly for a photo-shoot.
“I was just running down the beach like I always have been lately. And then I just woke up. I’ve been obsessing about this weight thing a little too much. I’m so embarrassed that I punished my body for a photo shoot,” she said.
