MICHAEL C. Hall is heading to Broadway.
The actor will star alongside Toni Collette, Marisa Tomei and Tracy Letts in a Rialto staging of Will Eno’s The Realistic Joneses.
The Sam Gold-directed play, which had a well-reviewed world premiere at Yale Repertory Theater in 2012, is gearing up for a February start.
Collette — who’s currently starring in CBS show Hostages — hasn’t appeared on Broadway since the 2000 run of Michael John LaChiusa’s The Wild Party, while Hall — who recently wrapped eight seasons on Showtime series Dexter — has had stints in Chicago (in 2002) and Cabaret. Tomei was last on Broadway in the 2008 revival of Top Girls, and Letts, the August: Osage County scribe who is also an actor, snagged a Tony last season for his performance in Who’s Afraid of Viriginia Woolf?
