[imagebrowser id=1359] MICHAEL Schumacher‘s doting wife, Corinna Schumacher, is trying to keep things normal for the sake of their kids.
The couple raise Gina-Maria and Mick together, and sources say Corinna is trying to do her best to be there for her husband.
On 29 December 2013, Schumacher was skiing with his son on an unsecured area between two marked pistes on the Dent de Burgin near Méribel in the French Alps. He fell and hit his head on a rock, sustaining a head injury despite wearing a ski helmet.
On 30 December, it was announced that Schumacher was in critical condition and in a medically induced coma due to suffering a traumatic brain injury and had undergone urgent neurosurgery to relieve pressure on his brain after a scan showed he had suffered cerebral contusion.
While Michael’s current condition isn’t known, friends have revealed that Corinna has been a rock star throughout the ordeal.
“Corinna is one of the strongest women out there,” a source said.
“She’s amazing: doing her best to be there for Michael, and keeping things relatively normal for their kids.
“Corinna has been Michael’s rock throughout their marriage. This is no different.”
