Joe Francis Faces Sexual Battery Charges in a new case

‘Girls Gone Wild’ creator Joe Francis has been charged with sexual battery, just two days after he was sentenced to 35 days in jail for contempt of court.

The 34-year-old picked up the misdemeanor charge yesterday. It relates to anincident at a birthday party in Hollywood (in January), where Francis allegedly touched an 18-year-old woman’s breast, buttocks and inner thigh at least 10 times, despite being asked repeatedly to stop.

Francis faces six months in jail and a $2,000 fine if he’s found guilty.

His arraignment is set for 22nd May.

However, Francis has a court appearance booked in Nevada on the same day, after a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging him with deducting more than $20 million in false business expenses on his companies’ 2002 and 2003 corporate income tax returns last month (Mar07).

According to the indictment, Francis used offshore bank accounts and entities. purportedly owned by others to conceal the income that he’d earned during 2002 and 2003.

If convicted, Francis faces up to 10 years in prison and fines of up to $500,000.

Let that f*cker fry! I’ve read about his tactics and many of them involve intoxication. He’s been profiting off of the weaknesses and inebriation of teenagers. Yes, these girls are pretty and I understand men like naked women. But, the number of assault charges against this guy just gets larger and larger. He needs to be stopped.

I dont understand why girls would want to, and what makes matters worse is he makes millions out of taping these girls “going wild” what do these girls get?… a hat and a Tshirt. These girls are more than just pretty faces. This guy has got away with too much assault charges! Coming from a girl myself and im sure from anyone else it is not right.

I agree with both comments so far. But then maybe I am just a little jealous of Joe. Making millions and getting to see tons of beautiful young women naked….. for FREE! The question was raised as to why girls do this for just a T-shirt and a Hat. Simple….. 15 minutes of fame and since they are all met at clubs or parties….. they are drunk off their asses! Young women seem to be willing to do almost anything to show how independant they are from “mommy and daddy”. “I am not a little girl anymore….. I am Woman!” I thinks some feel this may springboard them to some kind of career. But this is where I agree….. Joe Francis is a scumbag. He comes off as some Fat Frat Boy who couldn’t get laid in college and now he is making up for lost time. It is funny how on the Howard Stern show he claimed two of his sexual conquests were Paris Hilton and actress Tara Reid. Shows you that even high profiled women will sleep with you no matter how obnoxious you are if you have multi-millions of dollars. It is sad.
