Black Hawk Down actor, Tom Sizemore has been arrested on suspicion of drug possession.
Sizemore, who’s currently on probation for a previous drug conviction, was taken into custody after he was allegedly found with methamphetamine.
The actor was taken to Bakersfield, a city north of Los Angeles, when drugs were found in his car after a man believed to be his associate got into a dispute with a hotel clerk.
Police said they saw Sizemore showing “symptoms of being under the influence”.
He was put on probation for three years in 2006 after admitting using methamphetamine.
He has been on probation since October 2004, when he was given a 16-month suspended jail sentence for possessing methamphetamine.
