That is exactly why Melinda was taken off the show last week. The show this year has been rigged for Jordin to win since the beginnig. If Melida were allowed to go into the finale, then when they hand Jordin the win, the American public would have cried foul. So Melinda had to be eliminated before the finale. Now, with only one "power singer" left, AI feels that Jordin's win will more beleivable. There are several stories on the internet regarding Jordin's pre-arranged Idol win. Poor Blake Lewis is just caught in the middle of American Idols shuffle to accomodate Jordin's false win.
