Today, at an LA County Court, Tom Sizemore was sentenced to 16 months in prison.
The “Black Hawk Down†actor was convicted of violation of probation in a drug case after police found methamphetamine in his car on May 8.
Sizemore, 45, was being investigated in seven drug-related charges when he was arrested in Bakersfield. He was on probation for another drug charge.
Sizemore has been held in jail since June 5 without bail but the court highly recommended that Sizemore be transferred to the Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego because of the rehab facility they have there.
