Kanye and Knievel settle out of court

Rapper Kanye West and veteran stunt biker Evel Knievel have decided to settle a copyright row out of court.
68 year old Knievel claimed the the video that accompanies Mr West’s 2006 single Touch The Sky infringed Copyright and tarnished his image with it’s “vulgar, sexual” nature.
Knievel is seeking damages and a halt of the distribution of the video, which showed the rapper covorting with actress Pamela Anderson as “Evel Kanyevel”
West and Knievel are to use a mediator to try and settle the case.
