It has been reported that a second man has been arrested for attempting to sell stolen photographs of actor Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes
The second suspect has been named as 33-year-old Mark Gittleman, who was arrested in Los Angeles on Tuesday .
Gittleman joins David Hans Schmidt, 47, who is also very well known for arranging deals for celebrity photographs – and was also arrested by FBI agents on Tuesday.
The pair are accused of demanding more than $1 million for stolen pictures of the couple’s 2006 wedding in Italy.
Schmidt is currently trying to sell Paris Hilton’s diaries, as well as photographs of her and personal items that were left abandoned in an LA storage lock-up.
