Courtney Love has laughed off reports about another eating disorder, and instead has insisted that she has been gaining weight thanks to a diet full of cupcakes.

After worrying pictures of the star sparked controversy across the media about her health, Courtney Love has claimed in a new blog that she has gained 10 pounds and thanks cupcakes.

During a New York concert last month, the musician joked on stage as took a gulp of a protein shake: “I had to take care of my eating disorder. I don’t have an eating disorder.”

“I must point out the hypocrisy of this crazy hysteria about my weight…Noones going to mistake me for Eva Longoria, andmy god I am truly hAppy to be who an what i am with my life an dmy expirience i can do so many things help so many people and make such a beautiful clothing line too! and maybe finish this dammed sript one day.[sic]“
