The Estate of Chris Benoit To Be Determined In Court

The multi-million dollar estate of the late wrestler Chris Benoit is-to-be determined by a court, which has to decide in which order the star killed his wife and young son.
Neither Benoit or his wife Nancy left wills, and as a result the order of the deaths could affect whether Benoit’s mother-in-law Maureen Toffoloni, or the WWE stars children from a previous marriage is entitled to any of his fortune – which includes two homes and other assets worth millions.
It is believed Benoit strangled his wife with a cord before using a choke hold on his six-year-old son Daniel, placing bibles by their bodies and then hanging himself.
But if Daniel died first, under Georgia State Law, some of the estate would pass to Toffoloni – and Toffoloni’s attorney is asking the Fayette County court to determine the true order based on law and “not what we hear on TV”.
The three were found dead at the Benoit home in Fayetteville, Georgia on June 25th 2007
