Troubled singer Britney Spears has failed to regain custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

According to reports, Commissioner Scott Gordon gave the troubled ‘Gimme More’ singer two monitored visits per week and one overnight visit.

British newspaper The Sun, reports that Britney and former husband Kevin Federline have been ordered by Judge Scott Gordon to work out holiday schedules with the kids & Britney must submit evidence that she has childproofed her pool area by Friday.

The judge’s order states that when the fallen pop princess has the two boys, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost sombre with little communication at all.”

The judge also recounted the parenting coach’s statement that, “during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”

The coach also said Spears seemed to have “a lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she would characterize as “abusive in a traditional sense.”

Britney’s Parenting coach stated: “The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realises the consequences of her behaviour and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

The Sun also reports, that, the night before Britney’s custody case Britney partied at Winston’s in LA, where she dressed up in a revealing pink and black outfit, only to emerge in an entirely different outfit just a few hours later.

A source at the club told reporters: “While waiting for a (bathroom) stall to open up, Britney turned to the bartender, who was wearing a low-cut black dress, and said, ‘you have nice t*ts! Mine are all saggy’!”

Brit then told the bartender to switch clothes with her.

“At this point, the bartender felt that she had no choice but to comply,” the eyewitness says.

“The ladies proceeded to switch outfits and Britney happily walked back to her booth in the bartender’s duds.

“The bartender, clearly taken aback, but with a great attitude, went back behind the bar and continued serving drinks in Spears’ French maid outfit, telling patrons, ‘I’m wearing Britney’s costume, including her bra! She made me take her bra’!”

Meanwhile, Brtiney’s comeback album ‘Blackout’ has sparked critical acclaim, with one criticizing saying: “Blackout is by far the most musically accomplished of Spears’ five studio albums” before slamming her as being “devoid of personality.”

So, some things are looking good, eh Brit?
