Britney Spears auctioning off signed CD on eBay

Britney Spears' EBay AuctionBritney Spears’ parenting skills may be under fire, but the singer IS auctioning off her signed CD to raise money for a children’s charity.

The troubled star has scribbled her signature on a copy of her new album Blackout and will donate proceeds to the children’s rights group UNICEF.

The bid, which currently stands at $7,200 is expected to exceed $15,000, with the closing date set as 19 November, 10.27pm.

At a court hearing on 8 November, K-Fed’s legal team said they want his ex-wife to get less visits with their kids – because she keeps missing random drug tests.

Britney, 25, was ordered to take the drug tests after she was stripped of custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The boys are currently living with Federline, with the Toxic singer only allowed supervised visits until the court case is resolved.

According to her lawyer, Anne Kiley, the pop star has been finding it difficult to arrange court-ordered drug tests because she is a pop star with an album to promote.

K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Kaplan told the court that Britney lives in a “parallel universe” and has already been reprimanded three times for missing phone calls about the tests.

“Mr. Federline doesn’t want to take these children out of their mother’s life, but what are we to do?” Kaplan said.

Britney was videotaped last week driving through a red-light, with her children in the back seat, while texting on her mobile phone.

A judge in Los Angeles is currently considering a request by K-Fed to stop Spears from driving with the children in the car. Her licence has reportedly been suspended, but the video shows her at the wheel.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Kaplan has a subpoena on the tape, and there is a hearing about the video on Wednesday.
