Gordon Ramsay shows Americans how to cook Thanksgiving dinner – and soon loses his temper with a US television presenter.
The fiery-tempered chef whipped up posh Brussels sprouts when he appeared on talk show, Live With Regis Philbin.
But Ramsay soon ran into problems with the host.
Philbin said: “I don’t like Brussels sprouts.”
A frustrated Ramsay replied: “But you haven’t tasted them yet. How can you say that?
“At least give me a chance to let you taste something different.
“You’re like an old granny.
“You sound like my grandma.”
Ramsay, 41, then got increasingly angry with Philbin’s chopping skills.
He went on: “I didn’t realize you were that bad.
“You’re making me nervous.”
Philbin, 76, said: “You want to tell at me, don’t you?”
Ramsay said: “I’d like to confirm you’re the biggest nightmare I’ve ever had in the kitchen.”
Co-host Kelly Ripa added: “This is the longest I’ve heard you go without using the F-word.”
Ramsay – whose Kitchen Nightmares series has proved a hit in the US in its first season – showed viewers how to make roasted Brussels sprouts.
