Nick Bollea crash report released

Posted by

Nick BolleaHulk Hogan’s son was involved in a 100mph road race when he lost control and ploughed into a tree, leaving his best friend fighting for his life, according to police.

Nick Bollea, 17, has been charged with reckless driving after the crash in which John Graziano suffered serious head injuries and probable permanent brain damage.

Police has also revealed that wrestling legend Hogan – being divorced by his wife Linda – was seen buying beer for a group of his son’s friends, earlier that day.

They say Bollea was racing his Toyota Supra against a Dodge Viper in which another close friend, Barrett Lawrance, was a passenger.

Lawrance told police the Viper was travelling around 100 mph at the time of the accident on a road with a 40mph speed limit. Asked if Jacobs and Bollea were driving recklessly, Lawrance said: “This is how they always drive.”

Linda Berry-Robinson, the mother of Graziano’s girlfriend, also told police she overheard Jacobs saying he was driving the Viper at more than 100 mph, according to documents released by police in Clearwater, Florida, where the accident happened.

The report says Bollea and his friends spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hogan. Bollea’s friends, who are all at least 21 years old, were drinking beer. No one reported seeing Bollea drinking alcohol, although it was found in his system after the crash.

A witness has she was on her way home from work when the Supra and the Viper pulled up on either side of her at an intersection. The drivers “kind of acknowledged each other,” she said.

“The light turned green, and they hauled serious a**: they were weaving around,” she said. “The silver car smoked the yellow car, and the yellow car completely lost control and flipped over and turned and twisted.”

Bollea’s attorney, Morris “Sandy” Weinberg, said he had not yet seen the documents. But he said his client was not driving 100 mph. “The scientific evidence doesn’t support anything like that,” Weinberg said.

Give me a break ladynblk, the people are ENTERTAINERS.

There entire professional goal is to make themselves appear endearing, lovable and popular.

As professional ENTERTAINERS, they play people… that’s ALL they do.

They are divorcing because their CPA(s) told them too… HELLO?

It’s called “Capital Preservation” and It ALL about the MONEY.

    Don’t be such a sheep.

I am deeply saddened to learn of the pending divorce between the Hogan’s. Maybe I have too much time on my hands and probably watch too many VH1 reality shows, but I found the Hogans to be quite down-to-earth, as far as the way they interacted with one another as a family unit. They seemed to be a very loving family, just with ALOT of money!I am the same age as Terry Bollea, and I too went through a divorce after 20 years of marriage, and I know first hand how sad it can be. I wish them the best, and hope the couple can save their marriage.I will pray for them and want the family know how much I enjoyed getting to know them, even if it was through television! Is there a way to email the Hogan’s…if so, please let me know at ladynblk2006@hotmail.com.
(I’m not a stalker or nut-case, just a compassionate person that’s “been there”.

Hey are divorcing since it’s obvious that they have to pay for that poor brain-dead Marine for perhaps DECADES.

Less assets to get at… do the math, their CPA’s did.

You people need to realize Hogan, “Dog” Chapman, ALL these people have a double lives.

Outside of an entertainer’s paycheck, YOU mean nothing to them.

I’d hate to let everyone trash the Hogan family name like this. I’ve not met any of the Hogans. I think the Hogan family is well grounded and Mr. Hogan knows what it was like to go without. Mr. Hogan worked really hard to establish himself in his career, sleepless nights, living out of his car. His children grew up with privilege, I can’t speak to whether or not they are spoiled by it, but since they are like the Simmons kids, inheritance junkies, you can’t deny that they aren’t working hard on SAT testing.
