Teen idol Miley Cyrus has insisted that the leaked photos of her and a pal messing about are entirely innocent – and that it was just “two girls at a sleepover”.
The 15-year-old Hanna Montana star faced a storm of criticism after private pictures – which showed her rolling around on a hotel room floor and sharing a sweet with a friend – were leaked online.
Various websites deemed the images to have inappropriate undertones, but Cyrus has hit back, claiming there is nothing wrong with the pictures.
She said: “They’re nothing bad! It’s not something I’m going to let slide.
“I’m really upset about it, ’cause it was, like, not even a big deal.
“That’s one of my best friends. I have all these girls who I hang out with all the time.
“It’s two girls at a sleepover, and if all of a sudden that’s bad, then what is the world coming to?”

i honestly dnt see wht the big deal is. Im 15 and ofcoarse i take pics like tht, theres nothing wrong with it, its just girls at a sleepover having fun, tht doesnt make them sluts or lesbians. i feel sorry for miley, people are being pathetic and saying cruel and critisizing stuff about it wen i bet they all hav gone through a stage and hav taken photos like tht. I wish they would all shut up and let her live her life, without the burdan of being crisized of being a normal teenager.

Hey! I think that it is just girls bing girls. Though she should be carefull with what photos she takes, I don’t see anything wrong with it. The paparazi should just get a life, or the magazine. But, you are a role model so even though you are just 15, everything you do will be critized. So be a role model, but have fun that tell evryone that you can have lots of fun and be a role model.

first of all she is a young girl thrown into the public eye by her fame. Lots of other young girls do the same thing or worse. When I was her age my friends and I did the same thing. Now I’m married and have two daughters of my own and one day they will do things like this too. She is a young girl trying to find herself and having fun while being watched under a microscope. When will you people understand that Miley Cyrus and other young stars are just people and everybody has a life and just because their life doesn’t fit into the perfect little box you think it should, you discriminate and pass judgement. I don’t see anything wrong with pictures like this. I agree with most of the comments that have been posted, and I do have some sympathy for poor Miley. As she said, it’s just two girls at a sleepover and their having fun, so why can’t other people just leave them alone? She’s being critisised and none of you would like it if you took a photo like this and it was leaked onto the internet and then other people commented it saying “omg this is so gay why is she doing omg it’s not so disney channel is it”. I don’t think you would like that very much, would you?

I don’t think this is very bad. Yeah, yeah, I agree with some of the comments, this isn’t very Disney Channel, but she’s having some fun so just leave her alone. I don’t think it’s a very good example for other people, mind you and I don’t know why this has been put onto the internet. Miley Cyrus is a poser and we can see that, but I don’t think other people would like it if they did a photo exactly the same to this and every-one was commenting “omg this is so gay”.
