The problem is her association with Sam Lufti. I read he is very dangerous and so I’m certain the judges are attempting to protect her children by keeping them away from him. Britney needs to lose Sam Lufti, obey the judges, behave normally and then I believe things will work out for her. A nervous breakdown is a perfectly normal reaction for a mother who truly loves her children as I believe she does and has had them taken away. Angelina Jolie once said she would kill for her children and no one criticized her.

I agree, Britney is behaving as any loving mother would if faced with losing her children. I too would ‘go crazy’. Britney definitely needs to rid herself of all her hangers-on. They all have their own agenda and best interests at heart, not hers.
She needs to start making her own decisions, and not listening to those who clearly don’t care about her.
I know they are divorced but Kevin Federline needs to be a real man, step in and help her too. After all a happy Mum, makes for happy children. He should stop using the children as weapons to hurt Britney, and do all he can for them by helping Britney get back on top of things.

Britney should move to NYC into a doorman building without her mother visiting her or any of her suitors. She should get intense therapy at one of the finest hosptals from renowned and sympathetic professionals. She can find an experienced caretaker/nurse who is nurturing and will cook healthy meals and will take care of her.

At this point we know that the drug and alcohol test on her blood was clean and all random drug tests have been clean. Therefore it is highly unlikely that K-Fed ever thought she was a cocaine or meth addict as he told the court. Britney is having psyche problems and most likely started with the birth of the 2nd baby and got worse with K-Fed’s games. She was released because the doctors at the hospital could not hold anyone against their will unless they found an eminent danger. They did not. What they found is a mother going through post traumatic stress and depression caused by the games K-Fed has been playing with her mind. They may also see that her family is under the spell of K-Fed. The judge should see by now that the girl is clean and only K-Fed is the drug addictat least with pot smoking. The kids should be housed in one of Britney’s homes with a nannie and the 2 parents can come andgo with the daily court changes in their custody rights. Brit pay for everything and K-Fed has no need for child support if she pays for the house and nannie ect so he will receive no child support money.

It was widely reported in November that Britney tested positive for amphetamines. She has also refused a spate of drug tests, the most likely reason being that she had illegal drugs in her system. All she had to do was stay clean and cooperate with the court orders, and she would not have lost custody of her kids. That would motivate most people to do the right thing, but not Britney. No, Britney values being ‘out of it’ more than she values being a good mother. How anyone can defend this insufferable dimwit’s right to custody of two toddlers is beyond me. She’s not capable of caring for them, and so it’s up to the more responsible parent – not some nanny – to provide a stable home environment for the kids in the meantime. The harmful effects of abuse, neglect and repetitive trauma last a lifetime. You’ve got to put the interests of the kids first.

To the person who criticized me for saying that Britney loves her children. I love my children so of course I believe that she loves her children. Of course she needs help raising the children but not a drugged out and drunk Kevin Federline’s help. He needs rehab himself. Of course she needs to stop taking drugs but even so she should not be denied spending nights with her children. Let a responsible third party keep them and then they can supervise her over night visits with the children. She will never get well if the courts continue to keep her children away from her.

For the first poster who thinks the courts did what they did because of Sam Lufti: start spending less time thinking up opinions and more time hitting the books in school. Your suggestion is ludicrous. Courts find what they find only when and if there is EVIDENCE. The court found for whatever evidential reason none of us are privy to, that Brittany is a frequent and habitual controlled substance user, and therefore, the court imposed drug testing, etc. on her. They did no such similar thing, by the way, to Kevin. You would think if there was evidence he was abusing controlled substances, someone with Brittany’s obvious resources would have been able to produce proof for the court in defense. But they did not. Case closed until such time that they do. For you Planet Brittany folks, stating things that are slanderous and not true about people is called defamation, and you can be sued for it. LOL, I just realized if Kevin decided to sue bloggers for the crap they keep saying about him, Brittany would ultimately be the one to finance the law suit since he basically gets all his $ from her, hehe. Maybe you guys should reconsider your strategy–perhaps on your home planet.

How about the fact that this girl makes 700k a MONTH and hasn’t in all that time seen fit to put together a penny in SAVINGS for her KIDS. Oh no, I’m “loving mother” Brittany; no need for anything responsible like that! Do you people have ANY sense of what a slap in the face this girl is to REAL MOTHERS OUT THERE STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET???? I can’t believe you people blaming her problems on her ex husband, her handlers, the grass in her lawn….give me a break! If she ends up with soggy cornflakes one morning in 10 years, will that be Kevin’s fault too? Or Sam Lufti’s? Did any of you defending this girl happen to notice that her law firm dropped her with the comment to the effect that in all their years of practice, they’ve never had a more irrational, difficult client? I used to work high profile, rich divorces, and let me tell you, it takes a LOT to win THAT prize. The girl has no one but HERSELF to blame for her life at this point. Personally, I think a big part of her drug problem involves a legal one–caffeine. Some people who drink caffeine like she reportedly does, as if there is no tomorrow, can end up in psychosis. Bad news for her is most doctors won’t tell her that, but they’ll happily put her on meds that most likely will help some symptoms, but produce whole new screwy ones instead. I predict she’s not getting better anytime soon, but mainly because she doesn’t want to.

What?? Expose toddlers to danger in the hope that it will help Britney get better?? You can’t be serious. Britney has massive psychiatric problems and needs to get well FIRST. If she’s feeling lousy about losing her kids, then she needs to stop her destructive behavior and take some intelligent steps towards getting back custody. It’s not that complicated – just stay clean and stop acting like a freakin’ lunatic. Until then, the judge is right to award sole custody to the children’s father. So what if Britney’s fans don’t like him. He is their father. They love him, he loves them, and at least they have one parent who is capable of providing a stable home environment. It’s bizarre to suggest that the kids would be better off in the custody of a stranger – a ‘foster parent’ or ‘foster nanny’ – with the parents taking turns sleeping over. That’s such a nutty notion, it could have come straight from Planet Britney.
