British rocker Pete Doherty has revealed he prefers to cozy up to a good movie rather than go out drinking with pals.

Writing in his blog from a hotel room in Barcelona the Babyshambles frontman, 28, writes about his new, more placid lifestyle: “I was in bed by 3, watching Watership Down and working on some new songs.”

And rather than sample the nightlife of the Spanish city, he went to a “trinket market” and snapped up a nice crucifix.

But as he was letting his fans know about his fascinating day, he didn’t realize that he’d left the bath running.

He adds: “S**t. Pesky internet. Forgot about my bath and just flooded the bathroom.

“Oh dear. Oh dear oh deary lordy be. Ankle deep.”
