I generally despise Gene Simmons. In fact I would like to kick his ass for being a pompous asshole who brags about all the women he’s been with like some asshole. Who does he think he is anyway? He’s ugly to look at, talks like some kind of dork who’se too logical or something.

If I were Gene I would not have wanted to go back after losing. Better, to take the fall and go out with your honor intact. He could have easily taken out Nelly, but it was his task he was in charge and I think he took himself out instead.

Gene brought a whole new twist to an otherwise boring show which I got tired of seasons ago. My husband even watched for the first time as Mr. Simmons was so entertaining. Too bad for the Donald that he couldn’t profit from Gene’s appeal and the writers strike for more than 3 episodes. VERY bad business decision. Ratings is the money maker with tv and he just bankrupted his own show. (He should have taken it upon himself to fire Nely when he realized Gene was putting himself up to get fired.) Tsk, tsk.

I am in no means a Gene Simmons fan and have never heard a Kiss song in my life but the guy was darn entertaining, this is celebrity apprentice and these people don’t need jobs; Gene was a major draw and it was a mistake to fire him. NBC never learns???

I agree with most of the others that I will stop watching it because Gene Simmons made it wothwhile watching.
The Kodak execs. did not like Gene’s attitude to them I think and therefore it became more a power struggle between Kodak and Gene Simmons. Kodak did not want Gene to win so they gave the mens team the win. Gene knew he was right and stuck with it even it would basically torpedo now the show with his departure. He would not have been Gene if he would have chosen some other person into the boardroom just to save his skin so ; great job Kodak execs !!

Donald Trump has once again proved that he is just another overexposed blowhard. To think I idolised this guy back in the 80′s. He had no choice? It’s his bloody show! As you can see by the tread much of his audience has left him because of the desicion to fire Gene Simmons. For Trump to think Omorosa is a bigger draw is both foolish and stupid.

The Celebrity Apprentice lost it’s most astute contestant last evening. Even The Donald can’t “trump” Mr. Simmons.
Gene Simmons is far and above everyone else on the show – even The Donald. I cannot for the life of me believe The Donald brought back Omorosa. The Donald should be fired!

Too bad Gene pushed Trump in the boardroom…he had every opportunity to stay on the show, but blew it. Without Simmons, I have no interest in watching the rest of the season. He gave it such an interesting twist!

I agree, Gene made this show extremely interesting and I will not be watching it anymore without him. I am a dedicated fan of the KISS Army and Gene Simmons, and I am proud of him for standing by his product no matter what Donald Trump said. It took a lot of guts. And I believe that the only reason he brought in Omarosa and Jennie with him was because he knew he was going to be fired, and wasn’t going to back down from it by bringing in someone he knew would be fired like Nely. It’s too bad he was fired so quickly, but I stand by Gene no matter what.

I agree that Mr. Trump made a HUGE MISTAKE firing Gene Simmons. The only reason to watch the show was because of Mr. Simmons,he is the only one with talent and brains. All the rest are jokes!! We will not tune in any longer.

I was never a Gene Simmons fan until this show. He is hilarious! Call him what you will: arrogant, cockey, whatever. HE made that show! To say things like, “Omarosa is a cock roach” and “I’m ruthless. I’ll fire anybody. I’ll fire Donald Trump.” and “You’re hardly a victim” to Omarosa. And to do it without cracking a smile! He kept me laughing the whole time. I think he probably had something else to do and let himself get fired so he could get back to his own empire. I won’t watch the show anymore. What’s the point?

I can’t beleive that gene committed television suicide. Donald was practically pointing at nelly, and gene in his usual “I’m right, end of story” attitude did him in when he didnt put nelly up. You can see The Don wants to get rid of her.

For this particular run of the show, Simmons was the show. As arrogant as he can be, Simmons clearly has a proven track record of marketing success and knows what people want. Those Kodak execs. were wrong and Gene knew it. Too bad their corporate pride got in the way of a potentialy awesome ad campaign. Too bad for them and the ratings for this show. I too will not watch the rest of this celebrity jaunt.

At some point during the episode, it seems Simmons decided “Screw this, I’m outta here!”

To be quite honest, Gene’s antics and having him on the show amps the ratings and made the show…you think people tune in for Omarosa?? Frankly, the Apprentice is has become a tired show.

Gene’s a smart man and because
he’s already helped his charity, done the Donald a favor, he has no reason or desire to stay. He’s losing money
by being there.
