Has Lindsay Lohan fallen off the wagon?

The troubled star, who spent two months in rehab last year for alcohol addiction, allegedly downed vodka during a night out in New York.

Lohan, 21, knocked back “at least two” vodka cocktails on Friday night at celebrity hotspot, the Beatrice Inn.

She later screamed at photographers trying to take her picture, onlookers claimed.

The Mean Girls actress had the drinks while partying with ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos and MTV reality star Brody Jenner.

A friend told the New York Daily News: “Lindsay is learning how to work through her addictions and, once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail.

“People over-exaggerate her behaviour when in fact on Friday night, many people commented to her on how composed she was.”

Meanwhile it was reported in another newspaper that she also swigged spirits at another club, The Box, later on in the same evening as she partied with Niarchos, DJ pal Samantha Ronson, Jenner, and “an entourage of blonde 20-somethings.”

A clubber said: “Lindsay took a swig of vodka from a bottle of Grey Goose. She was trying to keep a low profile and covering her face.”

Lohan’s last reported slip was on New Year’s Eve, when she was caught on video swigging Champagne on the Italian isle of Capri.

Her spokeswoman denied she got into a fight with photographers in New York.

“[If she got in a fight,] that would be shocking,” the spokeswoman said.

“Most likely, there were so many photographers and she probably couldn’t get to her car. Lindsay is always polite, but sometimes doesn’t want to have her photo taken.”

On Saturday, Lohan was spotted at the trendy Waverly Inn for dinner, where she dined tables away from Cameron Diaz, Diddy and Mariska Hargitay.
