Jamie Lynn Spears plans to marry Casey Aldridge
Britney Spears’ pregnant teenage sister is planning to elope – just to escape her troubled family, according to U.S. reports.
Jamie Lynn Spears sparked outrage after it emerged she was pregnant aged just 16.
Now insiders say she has already booked her wedding day with boyfriend Casey Aldridge. And they insist her main motivation is escaping mum Lynne’s control over her as they live in Britney’s hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.
Sources say Jamie Lynn’s first move is to live a while with dad Jamie in Los Angeles where she is already reaching out to showbusiness people seeking work. “She wants to be closer to film projects she’d like to start after giving birth,” an insider told the National Enquirer.
The Enquirer insists the wedding date has been set and will be shortly after her 17th birthday which is on April 4.
Her main motivation – escaping mum’s control so she can live her life with Casey.
“Jamie Lynn loves Casey and wants to marry him but her mum is dead set against it,” the insider said.
“Jamie Lynn knows that once she’s out from under her mum’s thumb in Kentwood she and Casey will be together.”

Jamie Lynn, listen I have been unfortunate to have a boyfriend yet, Which is kinda sad, but I know that you are a very intellegent girl and that you would not want to hurt you or you baby. So you got pregnant at 16, so what? That is my question for you and for anyone else who reads this. I am 14 and I feel that once a person has sex with another person then maybe their mind has not figured it out yet but self councesly they are reading to accept all the things that comes with it. Just think 100 years ago girls my age would be sent to marry men really old and they get pregnant at 15. You got pregnant, maybe it wasn’t your perfect timing but it is only a bump in the road and in life you always have to take bumps as if they were perfectly paved roads. In the end having a baby will become an amazing experience for you. My mom never reasied my sisters, I did. I can honestly tell you that the first time you look into you r child’s eyes you will feel this unconditional happiness and love for your child. It was a mistake and she is taking full responibiity, and getting an abortion is like murder, one more set of legs wont walk, one more mouth wont speak, 2 arms that wont write, and 1 perosn not being loved.
