Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie listed as hosts for pre-Oscar party

Jennifer Aniston will finally come face-to-face with ex Brad Pitt and his current love Angelina Jolie – at an Oscars party called “A night for Unity”.

Since splitting three years ago, Brad and Jen have been at pains to keep apart, with Friends star Aniston particularly wary of bumping into Angelina. But now amazingly the trio are listed as hosts for a pre-Oscar party called ‘The Night Before’.

The invitation for the poolside party reads: “A night for Unity, Taking Care of Our Own.”

Insiders believe the meeting could lead to a divide in guests almost like at a school disco. On one side will be Aniston’s friends like Ben Stiller and Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer. On the other will be Brad and Angie’s pals like George Clooney, Don Cheadle, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Matt Damon.

But some are concerned that it will get messy, according to U.S. reports. “Brad is prepared for a knockdown, drag-out fight,” a source told Star magazine in the U.S. “But he’s hoping for the best.”

According to Star, Jen was shocked when she heard her ex and his new love were to join her as co-hosts – but she is refusing to back down as she has been involved in the annual gala for several years. “Jennifer is furious – but she is also scared stiff because she’s scared of Angelina” a source told Star. “She vowed to never, ever meet Angelina face-to-face. Now she’s being forced to.

“If she backs out, she looks like a chicken.

“She’s trapped.”

But Jolie is said to be completely calm about the whole thing. “She’s not intimidated by Jen,” a source said. “If Jen is nice, Angie will be nice. If Jen is mean, Angie will let her have it.”

And anyway, everyone assumed Angie will be getting enough attention as it is amid the rumours she is pregnant with twins. “Everyone will be looking at her bump and asking her how she feels,” a party insider said. “She’ll be the belle of the ball.

But isn’t it wonderful if the former golden couple will get back together? I absolutely loved jen with Brad. When you look at their photos…even the ones just months before the split…they looked happy together and I will always believe them to be the most beautiful couple.
There had been some reports about Brad still loving Jen…but unfortunately I believe he’s exactly where he wants to be. I cannot stand his new partner nor can I stand him for the way they both behaved at Jen’s expense. Jen is a classy lady who has very philosophical thinking patterns and I’m sure she will continue to emerge from this whole thing with her head held high and an even better human being.
I wouldn’t want Brad back with Jen anyway. Too much has happened. There would be no going back even if it were what they both wantd. Jen deserves better than a man who left for someone known to intrude and break up relationships. As much as I can’t stand Angelina, let her be a lesson on how not to behave around married people.
Jen is beautiful and I hope she gets the opportunity to be as happy as ever.

The writer above seemed to have found a convenient way of attacking Jennifer. Jennifer has been known by her friends as generous and of good character — NOT like what is conveniently described above, with the writer using herself and her former husband. Jennifer, as can be seen publicly, was just an actress who wanted to expand her career just like many women of today. Were it not for a third party such as Angelina Jolie, the Brad-Jennifer tandem wouldn’t have crumbled and destroyed. Angelina Jolie has been known to be a relationship-intruder/destroyer and it so happened, I believe, that she was able to locate Brad’s weak points — that of the desire to have children. She’s able to give that to her.
As Jennifer fans, what we should do really is to move on and forget about Brad on Jennifer’s behalf. He is well settled now. However, the past news that he is still in love with Jennifer will naturally and understandably trigger some more hope for the getting back together of Jen-Brad.
Nevertheless, I believe that someone really fantastic and much, much more than Brad will come along Jen’s way and will be her prince for a much more understanding love and caring that Brad can ever give.
To all Jennifer’s fans : Let us just hope (and pray to those who believe in God and prayers) that Jennifer’s broken heart will mend through the GREAT LOVE OF A GREAT MAN.
To all Brad’s fans : He is most probably suited to Angelina in terms of having children. But Brad isn’t the best for Jennifer, obviously. Jennifer deserves much more : to be loved and understood and cared for, not only as a woman but as an actress who, like many women of today, need and deserve to have a glorious career. If the man who’ll find her will be able to make her stay without her career, whichever is best for her is what he will want for her. I born on December 18, same day with Brad and my ex was born on February, just like Jennifer Aniston. It’s started very easy, lots of fun, jokes, seemed like best friends forever, he seemed like was too good, too smart to be true. Every year it’s got less funny and less to good to be true, when I start finding out, he was actually very selfish, everything always first had to be about and for him and got to the point when I realized that it’s never will be my turn. Same story, didn’t want kids, because didn’t want to lose his freedom, didn’t want to spend his time and money on them. After 3 years I also found out that we were actually too deferent, I am very open and generous, he did everything for show off, or just to get want he put on his mind and too greedy. He needed woman who could give away her hopes and dreams for his and she will never want anything in return from him. I was getting old and couldn’t waist another year just for him anymore.
That’s why Brad moved out so quickly of Jennifer’s life and got want he wanted for so long with much younger, better looking, kind, very caring woman like Angelina. It’s already 3 years, but Jennifer still can’t get over that she may be could never find caring, kind, generous, rich and handsome, down to earth man like Brad, and goes from man to man.
Even those pictures of Jennifer in bikini were sent by unknown person were with her crazy ideas. Brad would NEVER even think of getting back with Jennifer. They may be could be stay friends at most, cuse he doesn’t like to have enemies.
