Steve-O “doing great”

Troubled ‘Jackass’ star Steve-O is “doing great,” his lawyer Barry Sands says.
“He’s been in the hospital for two weeks,” Sands told E! News. “He voluntarily checked himself in. But he will be at the next court hearing.”
The London-born TV prankster, 33, missed his arraignment on felony cocaine charges Wednesday as he remains hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he has been receiving treatment for the last few weeks.
Los Angeles Superior Judge James Banco issued a continuance for the arraignment, which is now set for April 23. The judge also ordered Glover to forfeit his $10,000 bail following his arrest at his Hollywood apartment building March 3, after an altercation with another tenant.
Since receiving treatment, Steve-O took to his website to blog about his addictions and state of mind. His latest missive asked that the media not spread lies: “I like to consider myself to be exciting enough that dishonesty is not required to get a story out of me.”
Steve-O also insists his woes are behind him, and that he is ready to commit to staying clean.
“I’m not ready to die. I’m ready to live. I’m ready to breathe (properly even). I’m ready to fall in love. I’m ready to become ready to start a family,” he wrote.
