Madonna has set up a $3 orphanage in Malawi and has done a lot of awareness work for Malawi and Africa, as well as donating to aids research; which is a big problem in Africa. It is a shame she wasn't able to adopt the little girl but she won't fiht to take her if the relatives object she wouldn't have taken David if the father had of objected and she hasn't been shoving him in front of cameras constantly like Brangalina has, THEY SUCK!
